We have urgent opening for Sr.Account Executive for our client in Pune (Yerwada)

Total Experience : 2-5 Years

Location : Pune (Yerwada)

Qualification : Grauduate (Commerce)

Job Description :

Accounts Payable: -

• Receiving invoices via email and checking correctness.
• Matching invoice with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Note.
• Maintain vendor master data file.
• Reviewing and preparing cover sheet for each vendor invoices with an accurate accounting of TDS/GST using oracle codes for booking them in the Oracle system.
• Enter matched invoices accurately in invoice tracking file.
• Send cover sheet and invoices to AP for payment, maintain records with all approvals for future reference and audits etc.
• Generating Purchase orders.
• Vendor-Setup Activity
• Control on Filing of documents (Hard & Soft) copy.
• Process credit notes and match to supplier invoices
• Track and process approved vendor invoices
• Process foreign currency invoices
• Ensure timely response to supplier queries
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
• Drive continuous improvement across the Accounts Payable process

Taxes: -

• GST Accounting, Liability & Input reconciliation and payment, Return filing, Report preparations & handling queries.
• Handling Corporate Tax.

Audit activities: -

• Managing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Reviewing financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide necessary documents as required by auditors.
• Preparation of Schedule (Expenses & Balance sheet items)
• Providing timely financial information to support decision-making processes.
• Statutory, Tax audit & Return filings
• All financial procedures and records.

Month-end activities: -

• Vendor Accruals / Prepaid for month end / year end
• Preparation of monthly journal entries.
• Preparation of Service fees.
• Preparation of MIS files
