Company Secretary Trainee

Corporate Governance:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers, records, and other compliance documentation.
• Support in organizing and coordinating board meetings, AGMs, and other shareholder meetings.
• Draft minutes of meetings and resolutions.

2. Legal & Compliance Assistance:

• Assist in filing forms, returns, and documents with regulatory authorities
• Help in maintaining and updating legal documentation, contracts, and agreements.

3. Documentation and Filing:

• Assist in the preparation of annual reports, financial statements, and other mandatory filings.
• Help in drafting resolutions, notices, and other compliance-related documents.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all corporate and legal documents.

4. Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues related to corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial matters.

5. Other Administrative Tasks:

• Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary and organizing office tasks.
