Job Title : Customer Success / Go to Market Interns

Job Location - Pune or remote. May have to spend a few days in Pune for training (Willing to Travel)

Total Experience :0-2 Yrs

Qualification -BBA or MBA (Marketing / IT / Computers / Operations / Supply Chain), bachelors degree in mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Duration - 3 months

Stipend -10,000- 13,000 per month

Preferred Candidates- Male

JOB Summary

We are looking for Customer Success Executive (Intern) / Go-To-Market (GTM) Interns to engage with customers through on-field visits, promote Excellon brand, collect feedback & Testimonials, and enhance customer experience. The selected interns will play a key role in customer outreach, service follow-ups, and relationship-building by visiting customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Candidate should be open to travel anywhere across India to deliver User Trainings.

* Visit customers at their locations (workshops/showrooms) as assigned.

* Collect Testimonial / feedback on services, resolve queries, and provide necessary support.

* Document customer interactions.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues when required.

* Maintain professionalism and represent the brand positively during visits.

WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

* Prior experience in customer service, sales, or field marketing is a plus.

* Candidates worked in Automotive field in Sales / Service / Marketing roles.

* Must be comfortable with frequent travel across India.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions.

* Confidence in meeting and engaging with customers in person.

* Basic knowledge of the automotive industry would be plus however not a constraint or willingness to learn.

* Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

* Ability to document customer feedback and insights accurately.
