Position Overview:

The Manager - Product Solutions is responsible for leading the Product Solutions team

to deliver innovative and effective product solutions that meet customer needs and

drive business growth. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation,

and optimization of product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and

ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The Manager will leverage

industry expertise and market insights to guide product solutions and enhance

customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential duties of the position include the following, and other duties may be

assigned.

1. Product Strategy and Development:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands.
• Lead the design, development, and launch of new product solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with product development teams to define product requirements, features, and specifications.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

• Manage and mentor the Product Solutions team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee team performance, set clear goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

3. Market and Customer Analysis:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovations.
• Develop customer personas and use cases to ensure product solutions address real-world needs.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align product solutions with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers.

5. Product Optimization and Performance:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of product solutions, using metrics and data to drive improvements.
• Implement strategies to enhance product functionality, user experience, and overall effectiveness.
• Manage product lifecycle from inception to retirement, including updates and enhancements.

6. Project Management:

• Lead and manage product-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to achieve project milestones.
• Address and resolve project issues and risks as they arise.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present reports on product performance, market trends, and team activities to senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of product solutions, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure all product-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

8. Customer Engagement and Support:

• Engage with key customers to understand their needs and gather insights for product development.
• Provide support and guidance to customers regarding product solutions, addressing any issues or concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Product Solutions Team (e.g., Product Specialists, Analysts)

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successful product management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Skills:

• Demonstrate Expertise: Serve as the foremost Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the department, possessing extensive knowledge and proficiency in the relevant field.

• Ensure Effective People Management: Execute consistent and effective practices in recruiting, onboarding, professional development, succession planning, performance management, and retention.
• Promote Positive Work Environment: Cultivate a positive work environment by fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork among team members. Address departmental issues, resolve urgent matters, and lead efforts in conflict resolution.

privacy by design, incorporating necessary data protections from the beginning.

Data Minimization: Limit data collection to what is necessary for product functionality

and ensure proper anonymization or pseudonymization of personal data where

possible.

Privacy Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments related to data privacy and

security for new product features or business solutions.
