Job Summary:
The Team Leader - Collections is responsible for leading a team of collectors to achieve collection targets and ensure efficient debt recovery. This role involves supervising daily operations, providing coaching and support to team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of collectors to meet collection goals.
• Monitor daily performance and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies and legal requirements.
• Address customer disputes and escalated issues effectively.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Track and report on team progress and collection outcomes.
• Collaborate with management to refine collection strategies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Proven experience in collections, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of collection processes and relevant regulations.
