Role & responsibilities

• Inward Remittance- Collection of intercompany foreign currency invoice payments and sending disposal instructions to bank.
• Sharing invoice details with Vendor for knock off.
• Verifying incoming payments with bank statement to ensure funds are credited in respective bank accounts.
• Preparing Paperless file and sending file to bank to close the open softex/invoices and IRM in EDPMS portal.
• RBI Extension

a. Preparation of AR report with GST invoice numbers, softex numbers and categorizing the invoices payment not collected more than 270 days.

b. Preparation of export utilization summary of last three financial years.

c. Preparation of CA certificate draft and sending the same to CA for signature.

d. Preparation of RBI extension request letter and sharing the same with Annexure (list of payment not collected invoices more than 270 days) to the Bank.

e. Follow up with bank for RBI extension dates against the invoices.

• Legal invoice creation- Filling the details in invoices creation template and uploading the same in Nessie for creation of legal cross charge and sharing the same invoices with customers once created.
• Bank request letters - Preparation of Bank request letters for closing invoices/softex in EDPMS, RBI extension, etc
• Exposure in handling compliance with Reserve Bank of India and Raising Invoices, TDS reco, booking WIP/Accrual entries, Booking collections, Bank Reconciliation. FEMA Compliance activities, Revenue analysis. Follow up with Customers for Tax certificates
