We are currently building a core team which will be responsible for the
organisations growth.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources
team and help us find top talent. The Recruiter will be responsible for
developing and implementing recruiting strategies, screening resumes,
conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. The ideal
candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
as well as a proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Source and screen resumes
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Maintain applicant tracking system
• Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
• Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, job boards, and other
recruiting sources
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting and hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other recruiting
software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
