As a member of the Biology team, you will work closely with our team leads.

Work closely with discovery specialists, disease area scientists and in vivo team members.
Contributing the ongoing drug discovery programmes by conducting in vivo efficacy & mechanistic studies for NCEs.
Establish new in vivo disease models & validate physiologically relevant endpoints & biomarkers of translational relevance.
Conduct statistically supported data analysis and deliver results in a timely manner to enable informed decision-making.
Understanding systems, processes, and compliance.
Record experimental data and observations on a timely basis in company specified format.
Prepare, review, and deliver scientific presentations for internal/external use.
Participate in cross-functional team activities, add value to research projects through creative ideas.

Who will thrive in this role?
M.Pharm/M.S in Pharmacology with 0-5 years of research experience in either academic or industrial R&D setting.
Deep understanding in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and physiology along with in vivo disease model development, validation, and testing.
Prior experience in small animal handling, dosing through different routes of administration, dissections and tissue harvesting, tissue processing and biomarker evaluations by qPCR, WB & ELISA is highly preferred. Fair understanding about the drug discovery process.
