Qualifications & Experience:

- B.E/B Tech + MBA from a reputed institute

- 12+ years of experience in print manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role in Manufacturing, Printing Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management.

- Strong understanding of print production techniques, equipment, and emerging industry trends. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
