Technology Lead AI/Ml

Roles & Responsibilities: Design and develop cutting-edge AI and Client solutions that address business challenges, Lead end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from problem definition, data collection to model deployment and maintenance, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into AI solutions, Research and stay up to date with the latest AI and Client technologies and best practices, Mentor and provide guidance to junior AI developers on the team, Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of AI applications, Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and prepare data for AI models, Evaluate and select appropriate AI and Client algorithms for specific tasks, Develop and deploy AI models in a production environment and monitor their performance, Ensure data privacy and security measures are implemented in AI solutions, Requirements / Qualifications.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, With 8+ years of overall IT experience.

3+ years of relevant experience in the AI/Client development.

Programming Languages: Python, Java, or similar, AI skills: Gen AI, Deep learning, LLM and NLP.

Machine Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Data Manipulation: Pandas, NumPy, Data Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Version Control: Git, Database Systems: SQL, NoSQL, Successfully transformed 3 POC into product and rolled out to production, Proven exp in developing and deploying AI/ Client solutions, with a strong portfolio of projects, Strong programmatic skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/Client frameworks, Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning, Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization, Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Strong communication and collaboration skills, Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI development with specific knowledge on EC2, ASG, S3, RDS, Shift Timings: UK Shift (1pm IST to 10pm IST).
