The remuneration will range between Rs.35,000/- to Rs.40,000/-per month, depending upon skills and experience. PF, ESI and other benefits will be available as per rules.

We implement diverse types of projects which target different demographic segments like Adolescents, Youth, Mature women and mixed community-wide groups. Data is generated at Project sites and training centres and maintained on Google forms or shared Google Drives. The Central MIS team makes monthly project reports for Management and Quarterly reports for Project Sponsors as per tight timelines. We continuously look for more efficient technology and ways of making our systems more efficient and effective.

The MIS Coordinator needs to work in coordination with all teams across ETASHA and ensure skilling upskilling of the teams on data management and new ways of input of data and help them use features of excel to fulfil their need.

Volunteer Management in ETASHA

We work very closely work with corporate individual volunteers to help improve our work, capacity building of the team and filling the gaps in knowledge, skills required to improve operations and processes. We work with interns from various colleges institutes to help fill the gaps in communications, design and support in overall processes at the centres.

The Volunteer coordinator needs to work in coordination with the team across ETASHA and the POCs from various partners from the corporates, institutes and volunteer platforms.
