- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales business and generating revenue in their respective state.
- Providing expertise guidance for team management and development.
- Analyzing market trends and user needs for the development of branches in their respective areas.
- Responsible for product related portfolio management of their particular states.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationship with various stakeholders, including customers, employees and investors.
- Analyze product performance and implement improvements to meet KPIs and customer needs.
