National Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identifying Channel sales partners in nonEscon territories in Pan India level.
- Contacting potential profile for example DG Sets, Building Material Suppliers, Elevator Experienced Professionals, Real Estate Agents, Builders & Contractors, Solar/Inverter dealers etc.
- To generate enquiries from new/existing Agents via email or phone to establish rapport for developing new business on a daily basis.
- Meeting with- Architects, Builders, Contractors and Decision making authorities to build strong relationship and bag business for the company.
- Meeting / regular interaction with existing clients and build good business relations, retain client base and inquire about future requirements.
- Plan and Conduct Departmental Meetings to improve process, efficiency etc.
- Fix Weekly Sales Review meeting with Branches and coordinate Strategy making for Pitching the Company Profile, Products and Services Prepare Sales Budget and Forecasting of Business Strategize on ways of creating new leads in new routes.
- Working on market survey data to identify the potential client base for generating new business opportunities Follow up on all outstanding collections, registration and all necessary client servicing functions in coordination with CRM department.
- Giving customized solutions based on client's requirements.
- Explaining the civil & technical requirements of project based on General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) to clients Focus on meeting Quality Sales from Residential Projects, Commercial Projects, Shopping Malls, Hospital Projects, Infrastructure Projects, Highrise Buildings, Projects with High-Speed Lifts (4.0 m/sec),Highrise Towers (30 Floor and Above) & Shopping Mall (Lifts & Escalators).
Conduct Lost Order Analysis:
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitive offerings and negotiation with clients.
- Devising pricing strategy as per changing market trends and customer's need.
- Strategic Costing and- quoting- to get orders with optimum profits to our company, which is matching the customer requirement Achieving entrusted sales target and profitability Monitoring the KRA KPI for sales team.
- Follow up with Branches on the Forecast / Projections for current month.
- Ensuring the same has been booked without hassles at HO.
- Detailed Forecast analysis to be done on monthly basis.
- Assign target to the team members and motivate the team to achieve the same Plan, direct, coordinate and oversee the entire operation of Sales team across PAN India Setting sales target and assigning to team, helping team in achieving the set target by providing necessary support and motivation.
- Training and Induction of- New Joiners about Systems, Process and market trends.
- Helping them in sales pitches and closures.
- Conducting Mock calls with the team to help in communications barriers.
- Ensure that manpower is utilized correctly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- B Tech
- 15 yrs+ experience.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Industry: ELEVATOR INDUSTRY.
