Job Description

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering/ Statistics/ Mathematics or any other quantitative field
  • A candidate with 4+ years of experience in machine learning and big data, data visualization and statistical tools at the enterprise level
  • 6+ months of extensive project experience on developing products and use cases leveraging Large Language Models (LLM)
  • Extensive exposure to frameworks on Python (Langchain, HuggingFace, others)
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R and frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, MXNet and Torch etc.
  • Strong solution designing and agile development thinking
  • Strong experience in supervised and unsupervised clustering, regression and classification, including Bayesian methods, parameter estimation, support vector machines, neural networks, decision trees, reinforcement learning and deep learning models
  • Strong experience in machine learning techniques such as Ensemble Model, Sequence Models, Text Analysis, Time Series Analysis, Survival Analysis, Computer Vision and Signal Processing etc.
  • Preferred experience in database technology, build distributed, high-transaction database architecture (SQL and NoSQL), MongoDB, Linux etc.
  • Solution experience on end-to-end life cycle from identifying business case till deploying ML/ AI and Cognitive Intelligence solutions.
  • Understanding on ERM or standard business process knowledge around procure to pay, order to cash, inventory, journal entries etc. will be a plus
  • Strong communication skills ability to both formulate/understand the business problem at hand as well as ability to discuss with non-data-science background stakeholders
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives
  • Ability to provide oversight support to the design, development and quality teams and define areas of improvement to optimize data flows
  • Ability to quickly, regularly, and independently learn new technologies under the pressure of consistent high-profile project deliverables and industry focused solutions
  • Ability to work well in in-person and remote team situations, self-motivated and strong team player. Highly developed personal and professional ethics
Client Management
  • Understand the client s business & related industry issues / trends.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teams
  • Maintain excellent rapport and proactive communication with the client
Market Leadership
  • Participate / support business development initiatives.
  • Support multiple innovation initiatives to enhance existing solutions leveraging emerging technologies like AI/ML, Advanced Analytics
  • Support the practice in developing thought leadership content and other innovation initiatives from time to time.
Quality delivery
  • Independently execute assignments, where required
  • Manage multiple assignments and related project teams.
  • Meet quality guidelines within the established turnaround time (or allotted budget) for assigned requests.
  • Constantly monitor project progress, manage risk and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Demonstrate application and solution-based approach to problem solving while executing client engagements and documenting working papers.
  • Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate on a timely basis.
  • Identify process gaps and accordingly provide recommendation in areas requiring improvement based on the clients business process and industry practice.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, enabling them to meet their performance goals and successfully grow their careers.
Operational
  • Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities of the firm.
  • Manage the engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development.
  • Supporting the engagement manager in planning and scheduling optimum staff levels for engagements.
