Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of reports and dashboards within SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into SAC solutions.
- Manage the SAC reporting team, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards.
- Develop and enforce best practices for SAC report development, including templates, guidelines, and documentation.
- Optimize SAC performance and user experience through effective design and data modelling.
- Provide training and support to business users on SAC functionality and report interpretation.
- Stay current with SAP SAC updates and new features, incorporating them into the reporting strategy as appropriate.
- Drive the adoption of SAC across the organization by demonstrating its value in gaining actionable insights.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure proper integration of SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- Lead data governance and security efforts within the SAC environment.
- 8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP SAC.
- Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations.
- Proven track record of leading reporting projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with SAP data structures and integration points.
- Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and other SAP data management tools is a plus.
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
- Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Competencies / Skills
- Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud, including report and dashboard development.
- Proficiency in data modeling and data preparation within SAC.
- Understanding of BI concepts, including data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and technologies (e.g., SAP HANA).
- Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
- Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.
- Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud(preferred).
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
