Senior Consultant - Labour Law Advisory- Delhi

Looking for a qualified professional with good experience in Labour law advisory.

Skill required:

1 Technical knowledge and practical experience on central and state labour laws / new labour codes

2 Good research skills ability to frame point of view on new labour codes basis analysis of judicial precedents under current laws

3 Good communication skills – ability to prepare and deliver presentations / reports to clients

4 Consulting mindset – ability to understand client’s challenges and find business solutions

Job description:

1 Analyse financial and non-financial impact of new central labour codes for clients

2 Research on case laws and circulars to find solutions to practical challenges likely to be faced by clients under the new central labour codes

3 Prepare reports for clients to cover impact assessment and recommendations on various aspects covered under the new central labour codes

4 Prepare / update employee handbooks, policies and process documents for clients

5 Audit compliance status for clients from HR and payroll perspective

6 Review third party contractor compliance

7 Make presentations to clients and participate in brainstorming sessions with clients.
