Responsible for review the strength other design related calculations.
Experience of leading the static equipment design team.
Hands on experience for designing the static equipment/ pressure vessel using various softwares like Pvelite, compress etc
Manage the team of draftsmen to prepare the GA, detailed fabrication drawings.
Drawings review and approvals from clients throughout project execution.
Project related design documents preparation Responsible for the updating documentation of the static equipment/ pressure vessel.
Responsible for the reading clients specification, PRs preparation, design development, design review and support of fabrication of static equipment/ pressure vessel design.
Client/vendor visit as per work requirement.
Qualifications:
experience in designing of pressure vessels, process columns, heat exchangers etc, the candidates preferred from heavy equipment manufacturing industries /EPC /design engineering consultancy.
Familiar with the international design codes like ASME, EN, PD-5500, TEMA standard/codes and specifications.
Proficient in applicable software, eg AUTOCAD, Compress, PV-Elite, nozzle-pro etc
Knowledge of Finite element analysis (FEA) and hands on experience on software like ansys will be added advantage.
Multi-tasking and able to manage project independently throughout design life cycle.
