Static Equipment Design Specialist

• Responsible for review the strength other design related calculations.
• Experience of leading the static equipment design team.
• Hands on experience for designing the static equipment/ pressure vessel using various softwares like Pvelite, compress etc
• Manage the team of draftsmen to prepare the GA, detailed fabrication drawings.
• Drawings review and approvals from clients throughout project execution.
• Project related design documents preparation Responsible for the updating documentation of the static equipment/ pressure vessel.
• Responsible for the reading clients specification, PRs preparation, design development, design review and support of fabrication of static equipment/ pressure vessel design.
• Client/vendor visit as per work requirement.

Qualifications:

• experience in designing of pressure vessels, process columns, heat exchangers etc, the candidates preferred from heavy equipment manufacturing industries /EPC /design engineering consultancy.
• Familiar with the international design codes like ASME, EN, PD-5500, TEMA standard/codes and specifications.
• Proficient in applicable software, eg AUTOCAD, Compress, PV-Elite, nozzle-pro etc
• Knowledge of Finite element analysis (FEA) and hands on experience on software like ansys will be added advantage.
• Multi-tasking and able to manage project independently throughout design life cycle.
• Proactive approach with good communication skills.
