Role & responsibilities

• Surveying & Data Collection:
  
• Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and site conditions.
• Utilize surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Collect and analyze survey data to create accurate site plans and maps.
• Mapping & Documentation:
  
• Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings, and maps using CAD software.
• Maintain survey records, notes, and legal documentation.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
• Site Inspections & Verification:
  
• Verify elevations, alignments, and positioning of structures before and during construction.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and legal property boundaries.
• Identify and report discrepancies or potential issues.
• Coordination & Communication:
  
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate site data.
• Coordinate with government authorities for land approvals and compliance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to project stakeholders.
• Compliance & Safety:
  
• Ensure all survey activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Stay updated with advancements in surveying technology and best practices.
