Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling:
   
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Ensure project timelines align with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Establish project milestones and deliverables.
2. Resource & Capacity Management:
   
• Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor workload distribution and suggest adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Identify potential resource constraints and provide recommendations.
3. Risk & Issue Management:
   
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project issues and work with teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations to stakeholders on potential impacts and corrective actions.
4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
   
• Track project performance and update schedules as needed.
• Generate progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.
5. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
   
• Act as a liaison between project teams, management, and external partners.
• Facilitate communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress and changes.
• Support decision-making by providing insights from project data and analytics.
6. Process Improvement & Best Practices:
   
• Develop and implement best practices in project planning and execution.
• Continuously improve project planning methodologies and tools.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
