Lead Developer - .Net/React.js (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in React. js for front-end development and .NET Core C# for back-end development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable web applications, integrating web services, and working with modern cloud and DevOps tools.

As a lead developer, you will be responsible for technical decision-making, mentoring team members, and ensuring best development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and .NET Core C#.

- Lead the front-end development using React.js, React Hooks, and state management libraries like Redux.

- Ensure best practices in UI development with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).

- Design and implement RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integrate web services using SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.

- Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL for business applications.

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and automate deployment processes.

- Work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Utilize AWS or Google Cloud for cloud-based application development.

- Manage containerized deployments using Docker.

- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide architectural guidance.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and .NET Core C# development.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

- Experience in back-end development using .NET Core C#.

- Expertise in Microservices architecture and API development.

- Proficiency in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
