Job Description

About the Role

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing world-class service to our customers through an understanding of the products and services that we offer. In addition, the Sales Associate will be responsible for prospecting new leads and cultivating relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service to all customers by following the company s policies, procedures, and guidelines

Answer inbound sales inquiry calls make outbound calls on the given data.

Sell services to customers by identifying their needs and recommending solutions based on their specific requirements

Meet or exceed individual sales goals through the use of appropriate sales techniques

Actively prospect for new business opportunities by identifying new prospects and developing an understanding of their needs

Cultivate relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending solutions based on their specific requirements

Build strong customer loyalty by following up with customers after transactions have been completed

Requirements

The desired candidate must be a graduate in any discipline and wiling to work extra hours on the clients inquiries. This will be a work from home job so the candidate must be willing to prioritize work and avoid distractions at home.
