Enterprise Minds - Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Frameworks (8-15 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and deliver scalable solutions while ensuring platform best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Development : Develop and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including customizations, workflows, and integrations.

- Module Expertise : Work on core ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB.

- Platform Maintenance : Ensure the stability and efficiency of the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and patch management.

- Custom Scripting : Create custom scripts, business rules, and workflows using JavaScript, Glide, and other platform APIs.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- System Integration : Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and other tools.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and configurations.

Required Skills and Experience :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in at least two core modules.

Technical Skills :

1. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).

2. Experience with UI policies, ACLs, workflows, and catalog items.

3. Strong understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

4. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

5. Experience with database structures and query development.

Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (mandatory).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with advanced modules like GRC, SecOps, or HRSD.

- Knowledge of Service Portal design and development.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
