Job Title: Senior Manager Technical (QA)

ETG is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Technical (QA) to lead and mentor our QA team. You will define and implement comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring high-quality software delivery. This includes establishing quality measures, leveraging AI-enabled automation tools for Unit, Integration, API, and E2E testing within CI/CD pipelines. You'll drive agile methodologies, manage codebases, and champion secure software development practices within a cloud-based Microservices architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor internal/external QA teams.
• Drive agile development and DevOps practices.
• Define and implement testing strategies based on DORA capabilities.
• Establish quality measures and automated testing processes.
• Implement CI/CD and secure software development practices.
• Manage projects and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years in software development and testing, leading technical teams.
• Expertise in agile, CI/CD, and automated testing (including AI-enabled solutions).
• Experience with cloud-based Microservices and secure software development.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and observability tools.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, Postman, Cypress).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from office - five day week)
