Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing end to end performance management processes like goal setting, mid-year performance feedbacks and annual performance reviews through the Plant HR Team and enhance its effectiveness in creating a performance based culture at ETL.
2. Managing end to end confirmation process (Trainee to Probation and Probation to Confirmation) and PIP (Performance Improvement Planning) Managing end to end succession planning process and charting the development plans for critical role incumbents.
3. Execute and audit the necessary performance mgt. processes, tools and outcomes to meet the changing needs of ETL. Educate and aware ETL associates on various talent management processes and SOPs (Performance Reviews, Development Centre, Succession Planning etc.)
4. Assess success of change implementation measures from time to time and drive course correction to realize the end objectives.
5. Supporting and co-ordinating the development centre initiative at ETL which includes- Planning the calendar, tracking multi-party discussions, managing the schedule of Individual Development Planning discussions and its periodic reviews etc.
6. Managing org structures and reporting relationships to ensure the smooth execution of talent management processes with the help of Plant HR teams.
7. Reviewing the viability of the existing structures and suggesting the necessary changes. Managing queries with respect to talent management processes and resolving the same with agreed SLA to ensure high customer delight.
