Job Description
- Lead Generation: Contact prospective clients via phone to introduce our real estate services, properties, and offers.
- Client Interaction: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing client inquiries, and scheduling property viewings.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Gather market intelligence and feedback from clients to help improve our services and offerings.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred, especially in the real estate sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
