Job Description
We are seeking a proactive c ommunications Intern to s treamline our digital repositories. Y ou will maintain and update internal systems, ensuring it follows a clear tracking and nomenclature system so that all data / information is organized and readily accessible. Additionally, you will get to work across various functions social media, design, analytics, editing, and media production allowing you to develop a diverse set of skills that will enhance your professional portfolio and prepare you for a successful career in communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain digital folders, spreadsheets, trackers, and the image bank, ensuring efficient data management and easy access to information.
- Standardize file nomenclature and streamline documentation processes to enhance overall workflow.
- Assist the communications team with social media scheduling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment of messaging across various platforms.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing any degree but preference will be given for communications and allied fields . Here is what we are looking for in a candidate -
- 1. M ethodical and organized , with a keen interest in data management.
- 2. S trong time and project management skills with ability to maintain daily timesheets
- 3. S t rong written and verbal communication skills and p roficiency in Microsoft Office .
