Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager / Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition Transformation to drive employer branding, implement digital transformation in TA, optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and run an efficient employee referral program. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in modernizing TA processes and enhancing the employer brand to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Transformation: Lead the transformation of the Talent Acquisition function, aligning with business goals.
- Optimize recruitment processes by leveraging digital tools and automation.
- Enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience through TA digital transformation.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Drive engagement through social media, career sites, and digital campaigns.
- Partner with marketing and HR teams to build a strong employer brand presence.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & TA Digital Transformation: Oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of the ATS.
- Introduce data-driven recruitment solutions and analytics for decision-making.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital TA tools for enhanced efficiency.
- Employee Referral Program: Design and execute an effective employee referral program to boost internal hiring.
- Monitor program effectiveness and enhance participation through innovative initiatives.
- Track metrics and ensure alignment with talent acquisition goals.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in transformation initiatives.
- Industry Exposure: Preferably from BPO, IT, or fast-paced corporate environments.
- Skills: Employer Branding, Digital TA Transformation, ATS Optimization, Referral Program Management.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with leading ATS platforms and HR tech solutions.
- Analytical Ability: Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities to drive informed TA decisions.
- Leadership: Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change management effectively.
