MEP Manager

Job Summary

Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills, understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills. The incumbent will have experience in execution of MEP services for high rise residential buildings. The incumbent will have handled the project from its Inception to Completion. The incumbent will be well versed with Approvals of the Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC systems.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating with the Civil team for the execution of works.
• Raising flags on a timely basis for the RFI in drawings.
• Setting up the Electrical Panels substation system.
• Testing and commissioning process of the MEP services.
• Coordinating with local authorities in the area for distribution of the MEP services.
• Preparing the method statements for the MEP works to execute with Quality and Safety plan.
• Setting and Layout of the MEP services in Infra areas of the project.
• Coordinating with MEP Consultants and Architects for smooth execution of works.
• Checking the Inspection requests and certification of Bills with Cash flow analysis

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related disciplines.
• Around 10-14 years experience in MEP execution works.
• Well versed with AutoCAD, Word and Excel, Power point.
• Strong technical skills of the MEP services and strong study of MEP drawings.
• Have good knowledge of the Material Approvals of all the submissions done by the MEP Vendors according to market standards.
