Job Description
Specifically, the HR Specialist will
- Draft offer letters and related contracts for shortlisted candidates.
- Set up new profiles for hires in several cloud-based systems as required.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure that new hires are set up to be productive from day one.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with external payroll providers and the internal finance team to ensure smooth payroll functioning.
- Figure out compliance requirements as we expand into more territories for our customers.
- Provide comprehensive solutions to all payroll-related queries.
- Establish and improve processes related to payroll processing.
- Assist with ad-hoc reports.
- Calculate VRNs, Superannuation, and other tax compliances.

- Minimum 5 years of onboarding and payroll management experience for Australian customers.
- Draft offer letters and related contracts for shortlisted candidates.
- Previous experience working with compliance rules and regulations.
- Superb communication and customer service skills.
- Substantial people management experience.
- Detailed understanding of the use of technology to support surveillance.
- Have strong organizational and project management skills.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with HR management systems like ADP, FoundU, and Workday.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required.
- MBA specialization in HR is preferred.
