Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Application Support Engineer at Eleserv Softech Pvt Ltd in New Delhi. The Senior Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing application support, technical support, troubleshooting, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure seamless operation of applications.

Qualifications :

- Application Support and Technical Support skills.

- Have experience in financial & investment banking domain.

- Have knowledge on LOS & LMS.

- Have experience as L2, L3 support.

- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities.

- Strong Communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Relevant certifications in IT or related field.

- Experience in software development and support.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Exp : 4 - 5 years

What You'll Do :

- Provide exceptional application and technical support to internal users in the financial & investment banking domain

- Troubleshoot complex application issues with a focus on Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS)

- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions

- Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure seamless application functionality

- Maintain and update technical documentation

- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

What You Bring :

- Proven experience as an L2 and L3 Application Support Engineer

- In-depth knowledge of application support and technical support principles

- Solid understanding of financial & investment banking domain, particularly LOS & LMS

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach Relevant IT certifications (a plus)

- Experience in software development and support

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
