Job Description
Senior Manager, HR The Senior Human Resources Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position reports to the CEO (COO?) and involves leading and managing employee relations, investigating workplace issues, and implementing strategies to maintain a positive work environment. The role requires a strong understanding of HR compliance, and effective communication skills. This role brings the best of Employee experience and Business partnership together a) Understand the business and stakeholder needs and promote initiatives that balance a performance culture with employee experience b) Analyze every component of the interface between our employees and ensure that these touchpoints offer the best employee experience c) Be an ambassador for the Electronics Mart India Ltd brand at every interaction and create an enabling environment where the business, individual and the collective can sustain and thrive Your success will be measured by employee engagement levels, retention, culture, wellness and recognition indices, feedback from business leaders/managers and other relevant performance and productivity metrics
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including
Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll,
Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management
of the HR budget.
● Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual
strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage
retention.
● Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience :
● Post-Graduation in Business Management, Humanities, related discipline or equivalent experience
● 7+ years experience in general human resources
● 3+ years experience in HR compliance and workforce relations
● 2+ years' experience leading, supervising, and/or coaching others
● Knowledge of state, and local employment laws and regulations
● Strong investigative and conflict resolution skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
● Manage performance.
