Executive Assistant To Chief Business Officer

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Business Officer (CBO) will provide high-level administrative support, manage executive schedules, and handle critical communication and project coordination on behalf of the CBO. This individual will act as a liaison between the CBO and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support:
  
• Manage and maintain the CBOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CBO.
• Act as a gatekeeper and manage confidential information with discretion.
• Communication and Liaison:
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CBO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other senior executives.
• Communicate effectively on behalf of the CBO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration and facilitate information sharing across teams.
• Project and Event Coordination:
  
• Assist the CBO in managing and tracking key projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and priorities are aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including board meetings, executive meetings, and other internal/external events.
• Plan and execute corporate events, business trips, and off-site meetings as required.
• Research and Data Management:
  
• Conduct research and compile data for strategic decisions and business initiatives.
• Maintain and update business-related databases and systems.
• Confidentiality & Compliance:
  
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
