As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Level Executive with expertise in acquiring and building B2B partnerships, specifically for Payment Gateway and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and build strong B2B partnerships to promote EnKash's Payment Gateway solutions.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business growth, focusing on corporate clients, merchants, and aggregators.
- Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including onboarding, negotiation, and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop customized solutions for partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure EnKash remains at the cutting edge of fintech solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through effective partnership management and ensure seamless implementation of payment solutions for clients.
- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and improve the Payment Gateway offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in acquiring and managing B2B partnerships, with a focus on Payment Gateway or similar solutions.
- Strong network of corporate clients, merchants, and potential partners such as within the payments/fintech ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships from initiation to execution, with a focus on driving business results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
