Training Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Performance Management System (PMS):
  Oversee and optimize the PMS to enhance employee performance and development.
• Behavioral Training:
  Design and implement behavioral training programs that foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
• Process Implementation:
  Lead training initiatives for new processes, ensuring smooth integration and adoption across the organization.
• Training and Nurturing:
  Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to nurture talent and bridge skill gaps.
• Organizational Development (OD) Intervention:
  Plan and execute OD interventions to improve workforce efficiency and drive strategic change.
• Human Resource Matrix:
  Manage and analyze the HR matrix to track training effectiveness and overall HR performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training management, with a track record of implementing successful training programs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in performance management systems and HR metrics.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
