Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management.
  
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or related field.
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office setup with minimal supervision.
