Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales Process Management:
• Making outbound calls and sending emails to prospective clients.
• Understanding customer needs and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.
• Handling inbound inquiries and converting them into sales opportunities.
• Following up with leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
• Closing deals and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Tracking sales activities and performance metrics.
• Generating reports on sales progress, lead conversion rates, and other key indicators.
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Providing feedback to management on market trends and customer insights.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Participating in sales training programs and workshops.

Preferred candidate profile

Telecalling Skills: Proficient in making outbound and receiving inbound sales calls, including script adherence, objection handling, and lead qualification techniques.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of successful sales performance.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
