Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to design interfaces that enhance learning engagement and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user experience.
- Visual & Interaction Design: Develop engaging and intuitive UI/UX solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design components.
- Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine designs based on user needs.
- Design System: Maintain and evolve BootSelf AI s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and competitor analysis to continuously improve our platform.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.
- Craft and deliver high-fidelity, intuitive, and elegant design flows for exciting new features/pages, swiftly prototyping innovative solutions.
- Possess an eye for detail, perfectly balancing visual aesthetics, creativity, and user-friendliness to enhance the BootSelf AI experience.
- Evaluate and influence feature experience journeys, making them stand out in the competitive ed-tech space and shaping the BootSelf product direction.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
- Understanding of user research, usability principles, and interaction design.
- Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple and elegant design solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing for EdTech, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
