KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Target of enrolling at an average rate of 1000 students per month at a viable fee. Make and always keep a live plan that will help meet the targets. Maintain each of the offerings and keep all the information up to date in each segment, including the digital learning infrastructure, learner and group apps, Pingal, teacher training, English communication, and any program developed going forward. Recruit necessary interns/Team-Members to support the operations and BD roles. Maintain a ratio of minimum of 1:6 between the cost of operations and revenue brought in. Ensure that the monthly target is set on the first date of the month, Establish leadership from the front by demonstrating style and practices that inspire all colleagues and nurture a culture of accountability and effectiveness in the workplace. Carry out all directions from the supervisor or the management of the company as per the expectation set. Share the pipeline every week with the management of the company. Ensure that no task falls behind by more than a day for the day task in a week for the weekly and monthly tasks. Review the work of all colleagues on a weekly basis. Treat all the targets, suggestions, and advice as indications to achieve the goals and not just as tasks. Understand the customer requirements from the business team and prepare an implementation plan. Understand the technical requirements for setting up the platform from the business and product teams. Create a detailed plan for Implementation in the school as required. Execute the Implementation projects within the agreed timelines. Establish and maintain strong associations with key customer contacts. Monitor the schools operations, product experience, and operational outcomes. Responsible for providing client feedback to refine the vision and strategy and educating inbound product managers on detailed feature ideas to the product roadmap. Perform product training for the sales team. Travel to customer facilities as necessary for implementations. Required to create SOP for the department and create key metrics for success of the department. Any other task as shared by management from time to time. Anything required for successful sales or implementation of committed sales in time within budget and with the quality that delight the students, principal and teachers.
