Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls across various regions, including Africa, the US, Europe, and Bangladesh.

• Utilize provided leads to convert prospects into patients through effective counseling and communication.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring regular follow-ups to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

• Exceptional verbal, oral, and written English proficiency

• A proactive approach to work with a commitment to achieving goals.

• Skilled in patiently conversing with patients, and understanding their needs and concerns.

• Quick learner with persuasive abilities and a goal-oriented mindset

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills to guide patients through decision-making processes.

• Ability to connect with patients personally, ensuring a positive and trusting interaction.

• 10:30 AM 7:30 PM, Monday - Friday
