Major Responsibilities:

Advise clients on hospitality-related legal matters, including hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and licensing agreements.

Negotiate and draft contracts, including hotel development agreements, operating agreements, and financing agreements.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on hospitality-related issues, including dispute resolution, employment law, and regulatory compliance.

Conduct due diligence on hospitality-related transactions, including hotel acquisitions and financings.

Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Required Skill Set:

Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry.

Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer, with a focus on hospitality law
