Job Description : -
1. Provide legal advice and support to the organization.
2. Draft and review letters, notices, contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
3. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and policies.
4. Represent the organization in legal proceedings.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis.
6. Prepare and present legal reports to management.
7. Follow up and update dairy in respect of company matters
8. Appear before Hon'ble courts and authority
9. Online filing of court documents
Qualifications : -
1. Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
2. Registered with the Bar Council of India.
4. Good typing speed including Marathi typing
Preferably worked in developers/ builders firm
