Job Description
- We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Java Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality Java-based software applications. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of software architecture principles.The Candidate must have prior Exp of min 6 Years of working in Goverment Projects & 8 years of Exp. in developing JAVA Applications.

Role & Responsibility
- Design and develop robust and efficient Java applications according to business requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Proficiency in using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as IDA, Eclipse, and NetBeans, ensuring streamlined development processes.
- In-depth knowledge and application of Agile and Scrum methodologies, fostering efficient project management and team collaboration.
- Utilization of advanced estimation techniques to meticulously plan and execute software and solution design efforts.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing Data Structures, Database schemas, and resolving complex DB issues to enhance application performance.
- Extensive background in web development using Java/J2EE on host-centric platforms like JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, and WebLogic.
- Competence in Data Modeling, ensuring robust database design and management across various project requirements.
- Proven proficiency in Java / J2EE technologies, encompassing both legacy application maintenance and seamless data migration strategies.
- Thorough understanding and execution of operational and implementation phases in diverse project environments.
- Comprehensive experience in integrating applications through Database-driven compatibility and service-oriented development approaches.
- Proficiency in database management systems including MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL, ensuring optimal data handling and performance.
- Hands-on experience with server environments such as JBoss, Maven, Tomcat, and WebSphere, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency.
- Extensive working knowledge in Spring frameworks (Spring 4.x, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Boot), AngularJS (Angular 1.x, Angular 2+), jQuery, CSS3, Bootstrap, HTML5, and JavaScript, facilitating robust and dynamic web application development.
- Expertise in REST/WebAPI development, enabling efficient communication between applications and services.
- Proficient in optimizing application performance and scalability through systematic analysis and implementation of performance enhancement strategies.
- Design and implementation of feature-rich applications capable of PDF generation, digital signature, email and SMS gateway integration, and seamless social media integration (e.g., WhatsApp).
- Proficient use of contemporary build tools such as Maven, Gradle, TFS, SVN, and GIT, ensuring effective version control and project management.
- Extensive experience in unit testing methodologies including JMETER and automation frameworks, ensuring high software quality and reliability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, crucial for identifying and addressing complex technical issues and optimizing project outcomes.
