Job Description:

"SuccessFactors Recruiting" refers to a role focused on managing and implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, which is a cloud-based software used to streamline the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, managing job postings, tracking applicants, and facilitating candidate engagement, all within the SuccessFactors platform; requiring expertise in its features like candidate relationship management, job requisition creation, and data analysis to optimize the hiring process.

Key responsibilities might include:

• Configuring and managing the SuccessFactors Recruiting platform:
  Setting up job templates, defining workflows, customizing fields, and ensuring data accuracy within the system.
• Sourcing candidates:
  Utilizing the platforms features to identify potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and internal employee referrals.
• Candidate screening and evaluation:
  Reviewing applicant profiles, conducting initial assessments, and managing the candidate pipeline through the SuccessFactors interface.
• Interview scheduling and coordination:
  Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates using the platforms scheduling tools.
• Candidate engagement:
  Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process via automated emails and personalized messages.
• Reporting and analytics:
  Generating reports on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and diversity statistics to identify areas for improvement.
• Training and support:
  Providing training to hiring managers on using the SuccessFactors Recruiting platform effectively.
