Dreamstel - SEO Specialist (2-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for clients, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization (link building, guest posting), and technical SEO.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.

- Optimize website content, technical aspects (site speed, mobile-friendliness, etc), and user experience for search engines.

- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other ethical methods.

- Monitor and track website rankings, traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Implement and manage local SEO strategies, including Google My Business optimization, citation building, and local directory listings.

- Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with SEO goals.

- Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality, search engine-optimized content (blog posts, articles, website copy).

- Interact with clients based in the US and UK, providing regular updates and reports on campaign progress.

- Manage client expectations and build strong client relationships.

- Present data and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner.

- Manage and mentor junior SEO team members.

- Oversee team performance and ensure project deadlines are met.

- Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.

- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

- Continuously research and analyze new opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills:

- SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of all aspects of SEO, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, and local SEO.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.

- Content Marketing: Experience in developing and executing content marketing strategies.

- Client Management: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.

- Tools: Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Experience:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in SEO, Local SEO, and Inbound Marketing.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Experience with eCommerce platforms ( Magento, WordPress) and SEO for eCommerce websites.

- Experience with social media marketing and optimization.

- Experience with managing and moderating online communities.

- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
