Role & responsibilities

• Manage the hiring cycle for category team hiring, right from requirement gathering till onboarding and assimilation into the role 
• Ensure 100% compliance during the hiring process
• Understand D-Mart business & roles, should be able to apply multiple sourcing methodology for the roles to be filled
  
• Develop effective, long-term relations with the key stakeholders and candidates to build prospective networks
• Use external talent pipeline and market data analysis to engage with stakeholders to have productive discussion about sourcing and hiring process improvement 
• Help with new hires onboarding and assimilation into the organization 
• Prepare, analyze reports to be presented to the key stakeholders
