Organizational Structure:

Roadstar Infra Investment Trust (“RIIT”) is registered with the SEBI under the InvIT Regulations. Roadstar Investment Managers Limited (“RIML”) is the Investment Manager of the RIIT along with Axis Trustee Limited as Trustee to the RIIT. The RIIT owns 6 road infra projects through SPV’s having a mix of toll and annuity-based revenue model.

I. Position Level: Sr. Mgr/ Mgr.

II. Number of people required: 1

III. Reporting to: HOD (Vice-President)

IV. Job Description:

• Handle Litigation & Arbitration proceedings, in coordination with business teams/HOD's, vetting the pleadings/filings/documentations for any litigation before the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal / Appellate Tribunal and/or before any other authorities.
• Exposure to law firm practice or litigation specially related to IBC with NCLT and NLCAT experience. Must have drafting experience of pleadings and filings before Courts, Tribunals and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
• Should be able to draft and/or vet and analyse project financing and concession agreements.
• To co-ordinate with teams across project locations to facilitate effective handling of legal cases and provide advisory on miscellaneous aspects.
• Attend review meetings, non-core assets meetings and process monitoring meetings.
• Adherence to internal processes and external regulations and to ensure timely compliance of the internal requirements and orders passed by courts.
• Review cases and proper storage of case files and documents in physical form as well as VDR. Co-ordination with external lawyers for expeditious disposal of the matters.
• Reminders and adherence to the timelines in co-ordination with the HOD, respective teams and Advocates.
• Advisory and opinions along with analysis on legal issues and challenges and provide a way forward. Briefing the Board and WTD’s at the Board Meeting.

I. Academic / Professional Qualifications

LLB Mandatory/ LLM desired

II. Post Qualification Experience

6 to 10 Years (prior Law Firm Experience preferred)
