Store Manager - Angola and DR Congo - Africa

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels to meet sales targets.
  
• Supervise cash handling activities, manage cash registers, and perform regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail operations.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in Wholesale/Retail management or supervision role.
  
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including store planning, setup, and maintenance.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
