Role & responsibilities

• New Vendor Development
• Handling Import Documentation
• Tracking of incoming shipments.
• Co-ordination with banks for Letter of Credit.
• Co-ordinate with buyer for payments.
• Pre shipment & post shipment details.
• Pertaining to import Knowledge of pre & post shipment documentation.
• Co-ordination with the brokers & buyer for documents & contract details.
• This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's procurement / purchase functions as a junior.
• Develop lead, and execute purchasing strategies
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• This role involves coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the availability of goods and materials required for the organization's smooth operation.
• Expertise in supplier relationship management and negotiation skills

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4 Years of experience in Purchase / Procurement /Import Documentations.
• One who has worked in African countries will be given preference but all candidates are welcome to apply.
• Market understanding of new trends, Partners/ Vendor relationship, problem solving, process optimization at commercial level ,
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills,
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills,
• Flexible,
• Committed for the new initiatives.

Contract Duration:- 02 years

Working Hrs:- 10-12 hrs
