Desired Profile

We are looking for an organized, independent, flexible, detail-oriented candidate qualified with an MBA in HRM or holding a similar degree. The individual must have at least some previous experience in HR management.

Responsibilities will include;

Recruiting, Managing the well-being of expat staff, Maintaining a disciplined work environment, Managing salaries of staff, Maintaining employee records, Creating company policies and making sure they are adhered to, Creating and conducting training programs, Visa Process, Boarding & Lodging, Transportation, House Keeping, Employee F & F, Preparation of Employee Contract & AP letter, Interview Schedule etc.

Other Requirements

The candidate must be well versed in all Microsoft office applications with the ability to deliver all appropriate and relevant reports to upper management. He must be fluent in written and oral English and Hindi language and have good communication and time management skills.

Candidates with experience in Africa will be preferred but all applicants with a relevant profile are welcome to apply.
