Job Description
- To Prepare for BOQ as per Drawing and Technical specification.
- To Prepare for Item Wise Rate Analysis as per Current market rate & CPWD for Management approval.
- Verifying the bar bending schedule & quantity calculation.
- Calculation of Quantity as per Drawing and Site Requirements.
- To Prepare Materials Requirement Monthly Basis, As per Site Planning.
- To Prepare Reconciliation of steel and bulk materials month wise.
- To Prepare a Rate Comparison sheet and discuss with the vendor for rate finalization.
- To Prepare a Sub Contractor Work Order in Word and SAP.
- Reporting to project head and control & monitor all activities related to the billing department.
- To prepare client billing & Sub-Contractors billing in excel and SAP.
